And with that, the 44th Annual Wichita West VFD Arts & Crafts Show comes to a close.

A HUGE thank you to our vendors, customers, fire department members and the entire community for your unwavering support. Also, a big congratulations to all our door prize winners!! With so much generosity, we were able to have *78* prizes to give away. Winners will be notified in the next couple days to collect their winnings.

The 45th Annual Wichita West VFD Arts and Crafts Show will take place December 5th and 6th, 2026. More information to come in the spring.

Day 2 of the 44th Annual Wichita West VFD Arts and Crafts Show, 12pm-5pm today. Here's just a small taste of what you can find with our vendors. There's truly something for everyone! Get some Christmas shopping done or get yourself a little treat. Chicka D's is out here with us, serving some great lunch and their yummy coffee!

Remember for every $5 you spend, you can enter for a chance to win one of our door prizes to be given away after the show ends. So far we have *72* door prizes thanks to our generous community and vendors. AMAZING!

Doors are open and the weather is perfect to do some Christmas shopping. We’re open today from 10a-6p, and tomorrow from 12p-5p with free admission!

For every $5.00 you spend, you have a chance to win one of many prizes, to include our 2 grand prizes of Meta Ray-Ban sunglasses! You do not have to be present to win.

The final countdown is on! 12 days until the Craft Show!

We have had several messages about booth availability. As of this evening, we have *8* booths remaining for anyone thinking about join us as a vendor. Applications on our website will remain live for as long as we have booths available. We will post the application link in the comments for anyone who would like to consider being a vendor with us. As always, if any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

We are so humbled and grateful that we are getting close to another sold out show, your support means the world to us!!

HEY VENDORS!! This one is for you!
We are finalizing booth placements, set up is TWO short weeks from today 🤯

If you have not received a booth confirmation via email yet, all FULLY PAID confirmations will be sent by tomorrow morning, 11/22. After that, if you have paid and not received a confirmation, PLEASE reach out to Becca, our craft show coordinator.

If you have NOT paid, please check your email, there's still time to get things in!

If you're still thinking about participating, we still have about about 14 open spaces for you to join us! Online applications will remain active as long as we still have spaces open.

THREE short weeks until the Wichita West Arts and Crafts Show! Everything is coming together wonderfully, and we can wait to see all the familiar and new faces the weekend will bring.

We are still gathering door prizes for our drawing at the end of the show - remember, for every $5 spent with one of our amazing vendors at the show, you can enter for a chance to win one of our door prizes. The drawing will take place at the end of the show Sunday evening.

Before you leave the show, just bring your receipts to the Wichita West VFD booth in the center of the building to get your chances to win. See ya there!

FOUR short weeks left until the 44th Annual Wichita West Volunteer Fire Department Arts and Crafts Show!! We are getting excited and looking forward to seeing everyone!

A few things!
- This year our show is graciously being sponsored by KFDX Channel 3 and ALSCO Uniforms - Wichita Falls. We are incredibly grateful for their support.

- We put in great thought to our door prizes given at the end of the show. In addition to gift cards and donations from local organizations, our GRAND prize this year will be a pair of RayBan Meta Sunglasses, see picture in comments. These are becoming very popular!

- We are continuing to finalize booth placements for vendors. Booth confirmations are going out, but if there are any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out via Facebook message, email ([email protected]) or call/text (940-237-1510). Messages will be returned in the evenings after 5pm so please give us grace when waiting for a response.

UPDATE: We have selected a vendor. Thank you everyone for your recommendations!

CALLING ALL FOOD TRUCKS!!! We are searching for a food truck or vendor to sell food for customers at our Arts and Crafts show December 6th and 7th. You will be the only one selling ready to eat food on site, and you keep 100% of your profits. The MPEC does require a $200 per day charge to sell food on site, but you’ll make far more than that back. Our usual vendor is booked for those days, so we are reaching out to those who may be interested! We do have to know by this Friday (11/7), so share with anyone you know who may be interested! Any questions or if interested, message us or comment on the post.

RETURNING VENDORS:

We are actively working on sending out booth confirmations this week. We have quite a few that made reservations last year but have not sent in payment. If you're not sure if you paid or not, please reach out so we can double check our records and get you squared away. Emails will be sent out to those who we have not received payment from yet.

The deadline for returning vendors has passed, but since we've been SUPER busy, there is a grace period in place. We will plan to have all PAID booth confirmations sent out by Nov 1st.

Hi folks - please be extremely mindful of scammers as we get closer to our show. This is an example sent to us of someone trying to advertise booths with tents, tables and chairs for a different price than we advertise. Please do not fall for their traps. ALL communication will come from one of three sources - THIS page, our email ([email protected]) or our dedicated phone number for craft show use (940-237-1510). Those are all primarily monitored by our coordinator Becca Fetzer, with occasional help from other members. We will NEVER use any other personal email not associated with the department to communicate for your safety.

While we are in the planning stages of the show, we've been thinking - what is something you'd like to see as a door prize in our show this year?

For years and years, we did a TV as the grand prize, then changed things up and had a gaming system one year, and a grill another year. We always have gas cards, gift cars to local business and restaurants, because who doesn't love shopping local!?!

Within reason, (remember, we're a non-profit organization, so we're on a budget!), what would YOU like to see as one of our prizes this year??
