Kristine began her banking career in 1993 as a teller at Ocean Federal Savings, which later became OceanFirst bank. She advanced to the role of Assistant Branch Manager before transitioning in 2004 to become an AVP, Branch Manager at Two River Community Bank, where she opened a DeNovo branch in Wall Township. Kristine joined Manasquan Bank in 2008 as the AVP and Branch Manager of the Landmark Branch in the newly opened Corporate HQ. In 2019 she was promoted to VP, Branch Manager and opened a DeNovo Branch in Shrewsbury, growing the branch to 165 million, before transitioning to the Manahawkin location in February 2025.

Kristine is deeply committed to community outreach and has served on various non-profit Boards throughout her career including Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce, Camp Zehnder, YMCA, Greater Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce, the Salvation Army of Red Bank and Monmouth Arts. Kristine is also deeply passionate about Rotary and its mission, and she is honored to be recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow. Kristine is also a current member of the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors for Hearts of Mercy, Inc. She believes giving back is essential to creating positive change.

When not working, Kristine loves spending time with my future husband and their dogs. She also enjoys relaxing on the beach with her favorite book and cheering on her beloved NY Giants.

A Special Thank-you to Joyce Rogers for her role as Vice President for our Chapter for over 3 years. Joyce has been w/ me from the beginning as we worked on a plan to launch BWNICE. I was lucky enough to meet her at her old office when presenting about Flood Insurance. I spoke to her about BWNICE and her friends were members of Sussex County. And she really wanted to be part of it all! Thank-you again for your dedication to supporting Providence House and our mission. Hearts of Service are what we stand for! 👠
