We are looking for vendors/concessions and event sponsors for White Pigeon Days!

Some events that are open for sponsorship are: Pie in the Face, Amazing Mike Magic Show, Baking Contest, Fireworks, and many more!

Vendors can be local boutiques, businesses, politicians, organizations, clubs, etc. We are also looking for a few more concessions! Please note, this is a first come first served basis and spots are filling fast! We aim to not have duplicates or numerous vendors that sell similar items, so there may be a waitlist.

Our general raffle prizes are very low and we are in need donations, specifically for our TOP prizes! We are looking for individuals/businesses that are willing to donate towards the raffle. Items can be gift cards, themed baskets, patio furniture, sporting event tickets - the possibilities are endless! We also accept monetary donations if you would like help but do not have the time to shop. Last year, we had over 200 prizes ranging from $10 to over $600! We cannot make White Pigeon Days happen without the generosity of our community! If you are interested in donating, please message us 😊

White Pigeon Days 2026 Update:

- Event sponsors and donors: we need YOU! Our festival and fireworks are solely funded through our generous community. If interested in donating/sponsoring an event, please message or email us at [email protected]

- We are accepting raffle prize donations for our annual raffle! Items can be dropped off at White Pigeon Banking Center or the Village of White Pigeon office. We are also accepting monetary donations if you would like to donate but do not have the time.

- Send in your nominations for Citizen of the Year! Each year, we honor one male and one female that have made White Pigeon a better place or are continuing to do so! Nominations can be submitted here by June 1st. https://forms.gle/65Q4PvmUBUSRCBtX8

- Calling all vendors and concessions! If interested in participating in White Pigeon Days, email us at [email protected] with your products/descriptions! Please note that since we are a smaller festival, we try not to have duplicate vendors, so you may be added to a waitlist.
