As we build Visionary Makers: Signal & Source, I’ve been curating a Spotify playlist that carries the vibration of what we’re creating together. Resting the Old to Build the Unshakable: Introducing The Septenary Hearth Commons 🔥

If you have been following our journey closely, you know that we do not move with urgency—we move with deep intention. Today, we are sharing a major evolutionary step for our community.

We are officially laying the name of Hometown Liberati’s Italian Restaurant to rest.

Our bylaws have always mandated that this work must belong to the community and outlive any single personality or surname. By resting the family name, we are stepping fully into our true, long-form destiny.

The public restaurant at the absolute center of our ringed commons will now be known as The Hearth. A multi-use kitchen for teaching, training, and sustenance for all.

Together with our overarching mission, our permanent physical engine is officially named The Septenary Hearth Commons 🌲✨

Why this matters right now:

Humanity is exhausted. Everywhere we look, people and their Ohana (families) are trapped in constant survival mode, forced to navigate a world that treats care as a transaction. But you cannot expect anyone to make healthy, grounded choices for their future when their nervous system is locked in a state of hypervigilant fight-or-flight.

Human beings do not need to be policed, managed, or measured. They need a safe space to completely decompress.At The Septenary Hearth Commons, we believe that healing begins by protecting the floor. Every human being requires seven basic, unconditional protections to safely regulate and drop out of survival mode:

Air (Trauma-aware, regulated architectural spaces)

Water (Clean, un-leveraged access for all)

Sleep (Safe, undisturbed rest without fear or surveillance)

Food (An open, barrier-free community table at The Hearth)

Shelter (Dignified, protective transitional and elder housing)

Connection (True belonging without being viewed as a metric)

Love (Unconditional, reliable care—like a dog holds for its human)

When a family is safely enclosed within these seven protections, the body softens, the mind settles, and true healing can begin.

What comes next:

Our systems and our website (panhorusrising.org) are actively in their build state. We are intentionally raising our initial land capital from the outside—connecting with visionaries in regional hubs like Grand Rapids, Detroit, and Chicago who understand the need to fund a pure, uncompromised proof of concept.

We are building a load-bearing, modular blueprint in Newaygo County, designed to be replicated in other communities later. We aren’t building a short-term campaign; we are anchoring a permanent, civilian haven of unconditional care.

As we work behind the scenes to secure our physical soil, we are actively weaving connection into our current infrastructure.

On October 24 at 11:00 AM, celebrated author and activist Curtis Chin will be joining us at the White Cloud Community Library. This event is a direct reflection of what we do—bringing people together to share stories, remember our shared connection, and build community outside the status quo.

The fire is lit. The table is set. The boundaries are locked.
