The Circus Saints & Sinners held our annual Christmas Party and Elections Meeting this week at Generations Restaurant & Pub. We celebrated another very successful year and raised a glass to outgoing tent president David Robinson, under whose leadership the past two years the club raised over $150,000 for local charities. We also elected a new slate of officers to serve in 2026 including President Daniel Young, Executive Vice President Corey Albers, Vice President Robert Felton, Vice President David Carenbauer, Secretary/Treasurer Doug Hennen, and Sergeant at Arms Bobby Henry. Since 1929, our mission has not changed: raising money for those in need and having a ton of fun while doing it. And 2026 is going to be our best year yet!

The Circus Saints & Sinners annual $5,000 Reverse Raffle presented by Play n Stay Pet Camp is fast approaching and will be held at the Capitol Theatre Ballroom on Friday, November 7th.

The last ticket drawn will be win the Grand Prize of $5,000 (last 5 will have a chance to split).

Raffle chance only is $50, raffle chance and one dinner + open bar is $75 or $100 for raffle chance and two dinners + open bar. You do not have to be present to win.

Proceeds benefit the Wheeling Parks & Recreation Lifeguard Scholarship Fund and Wheeling's Dog Parks.

Happy hour with 2-hour open bar will begin at 6pm followed by a delicious buffet dinner catered by Chef N Company at 7pm.

Congratulations to our friends and partners at the Mountaineer Brewfest on a best-ever $50,000 donation! We are very proud to have been an integral part of the best-run and most successful festival in the Ohio Valley from the very beginning. The efforts of our club's 40 volunteers serving in the Circus Saints & Sinners Beer Garden enabled us to contribute 25% of this year's record amount. Congratulations to current Circus Saints & Sinners President David Robinson on being named district deputy of the North District of the West Virginia Elks Association. In this role, David will serve as the liaison between the Elks lodges in the district — the boundaries of which stretch from the Northern Panhandle to Parkersburg and St. Marys.
