It is National Donate Life Month and National Pediatric Transplant Week. There are 2,200 children on the waiting list for an organ transplant in the U.S. 33% are less than 5 years old. Join us to raise awareness for organ donation, and pediatric transplant 💚💙

This was our favorite drop off to date for transplant floor!! We dropped off our signature care packages, over $500 in gift cards, and buckets full of toys to give out. We also worked with the child life team on two new initiatives that we are so excited about.

Child Life Cart - a free resource for the kids!! This cart is filled with toys, games, fidgets, activities, cars, crafts and more so the kids can grab anything they need while in the hospital. 🪀🧸🚗

Family Essentials Cart - for the parents and families. Filled with many essentials you may forget when rushing to the hospital. 🧼🔌🪥

Thank you to everyone who makes this possible! And thanks to our little helper who helped us deliver after his transplant clinic!!

Join our 2026 Falmouth Road Race team!! We are so thankful and excited to be accepted into the numbers for nonprofits program. All money raised will be going directly to help pediatric transplant patients - including our care packages, support for families in need, and community events

In addition to the race entry, each team member will get a water bottle/tumbler, hat, and team singlet or T-shirt, and team race after party. The past two years have been so much fun and we can’t wait to do it again!

Thank you, Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation, for your generous grant and for helping us spread joy to pediatric transplant families.

Celebrating at the original Dunkin’ location made it even more special, and our tiny transplant titan (a huge Dunkin’ fan!) had the absolute best time.

The most wonderful day ✨❤️ today was our annual holiday shopping spree — 11 children and their families received $500 each to spend on toys and games!! It was amazing to see the kids having a blast picking out toys and families connecting with each other.

Thank you to for being such generous hosts and having the best selection of toys. We truly appreciate you opening early and making everyone feel so welcomed!

A huge congratulations and thank you to , Mike and friends for the success of your annual golf tournament and raising so much money. This year they donated all proceeds to Tiny Transplant Titans. We are so grateful for their support and this will help with our holiday shopping spree for transplant families!
