WHS Scholarship Program and Memorials The WHS Scholarship program was started in 2003. We were excited that first year to give away $5000 in scholarships to local students.

Each year the program grows and expands. Last year in 2011, we awarded over $34,000 to Westville students.

Graduating seniors who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, intend to enroll as a full-time student in an accredited university, vocational or technical college and whose parents or guardians are Ozarks Electric members qualify for our annual scholarship program! Each year, we are proud to award one $1,000 scholarship per high school in our service territory to a deserving senior. Recipients are selected based on academic achievement and community involvement.
