Our annual report is live on our site. We built two new running water systems serving hundreds, launched a dairy co-operative, continued our girls higher ed scholarships, and started a computer training program. Our women’s micro finance programs continue to thrive. Read the snapshot of our 2025 at the link in our profile or by clicking the blog button on our homepage.

For the first time, Ascend is offering computer training courses. There’s a ton of curiosity in the surrounding villages- and we expect enrollment to continue to grow as word gets out. It’s remarkable how little computer use there is in the community- even the schools don’t currently use them. Doors will open for those with foundational computer skills. We’re so optimistic about the potential of this new program.

Each holiday season, we raise money to send deserving girls to college in Nepal. You might know that two girls have graduated so far from the program. Then last year, we found three worthy recipients of scholarships. Fast forward - Amika, Babita, and Manisara are all now wrapping up their first year studying agriculture. We’ll share more about their stories over the coming days. Our goal is $3,000 to keep them in school. Join us in this worthy project during the season of giving. You can support the girls through the link in our profile! 🎄🎁
