Yesterday's FREE Mindful Movement Class hosted by UT Extension was such a great reminder that wellness doesn’t always have to mean intense workouts or spending hours at the gym. Sometimes it’s the small daily choices that make the biggest impact.

Participants learned simple ways to incorporate movement into everyday life, along with the benefits of improving mental health, reducing stress, boosting sleep quality, and staying active throughout the day.
