💙🇬🇷 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 🇬🇷💙
Taylor’s Place is excited to be partnering with Civitan Carroll County for a joint fundraiser at The Big Greek Cafe!
We’ll be setting up a table to share information about Taylor’s Place, connect with community members, and spread the word about the inclusive opportunities we’re creating for adults with disabilities throughout Carroll County.

📍 Where: The Big Greek Cafe – Eldersburg
📅 When: June 15th 5-9PM

We're looking for a few friendly volunteers who would be willing to:
✨ Hand out flyers
✨ Chat with community members
✨ Share information about Taylor’s Place and our mission
✨ Help us grow awareness and support in our community

We could also use volunteers to hang flyers throughout Carroll County.

No experience is needed—just a smile and a willingness to help make a difference!

Thank You for an amazing turnout at Art in the Park: Flyswatter Painting! 🎨
We are so grateful for everyone who came out and joined us! We had close to 30 wonderful people show up to paint, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company in the park.
From creative masterpieces to hilarious “swatting” moments, the afternoon was filled with joy, connection, and so many smiles. It was exactly what Taylor’s Place is all about — building community and having fun together!
A huge thank you to every single person who participated. Your energy and enthusiasm made the event a success!
We can’t wait for the next one!

🍔 Taylor’s Place Pop-Up Lunch Tomorrow!
Hey everyone!
Who wants to meet up for a casual lunch tomorrow?
📅 When: Tomorrow (Thursday) around 12:45 PM
📍 Where: Wendy’s in Westminster
It’ll be super laid-back — just grab some food, chat, maybe play a round or two of Uno and enjoy some company. All Taylor’s Place members and friends are welcome! This is exactly what Pop-Ups are for — getting together so no one has to eat alone. 💛

📢 Introducing Pop-Ups at Taylor’s Place! 🎉
Hey everyone! We’re excited to introduce Pop-Ups — casual, spontaneous get-togethers created by you for you!
These are not events run by Taylor’s Place. They’re completely member-led. Feeling bored today and want some company? Post here and invite others to join you somewhere in Carroll County! Whether it’s coffee, lunch, a walk in the park, shopping, or just hanging out — it’s up to you.
This group was created to bring adults with disabilities in Carroll County together so no one has to be alone. Pop-Ups are a great way to connect, make friends, and get out of the house whenever the mood strikes.
How to do a Pop-Up:
• Send us a message with what you’d like to do, where, and when and we will make sure it’s posted for the group to see.
• A day or two in advance is best to help more people plan
• Same-day Pop-Ups are totally welcome too!
Go ahead and post your first Pop-Up whenever you’re ready. We can’t wait to see what you all create! 💛
