Westy Dog Park Guardians Westy Dog Park Guardians are a grassroots pack of pawsome people. We're a group of concerned citizens and dog owners who love Westminster Hills Dog Park.

We work in collaboration with the City of Westminster to protect and preserve all 440 acres of tail-wagging, community-building, off-leash fun for well-behaved canines and their humans. We advocate for mental and physical health for ourselves as well as for our pets. While we realize there are problems the city is trying to resolve, we are working to be part of a solution to keep the park vibrant

and healthy for the community. With your support, this unique park can continue to be a place where tails wag, friendships bloom, and the spirit of our dog-loving community thrives! Driven by core values:

Paws-Giving Pet Food Drive:
Thank you to the Westminster Hills Dog Park Community for your donations, and to the Volunteers and the Standley Lake Rangers for your help. And thanks, too, to Mountain States Toyota for a Truck-Load of Pet Food, and to PetCo, PetSmart, G's Taco's and Front Range Gardens for your support.

In total we collected 4,440 pounds of pet food, and that's not counting all of the blankets, towels, beds, toys, treats, collars and leashes!

We distributed the donations between Foothills & Riverdale Animal Shelters, FISH of Westminster & Broomfield, and Arvada Community Food Bank.

Your big hearts and generosity brought huge smiles to all involved in the giving and receiving!
