A heartfelt thank-you to Action For Kindness for their generous donation and continued support of Kindness Grows Here and our Kids Kindness Grants in Carroll County. Their generosity is helping young people turn kindness into action—one child, one grant, and one community at a time!

Thank you Springfield and E. Russell Hicks Middle School for hosting a Community of Kindness workshop this week! We loved seeing your creativity and the kindness you hold for each other. Thank you to Jane Yoder and Heather Cheshire for reaching out and coordinating this event. The students enjoyed personalizing their BE KIND signs and practicing their new breathing superpowers! It was really heartwarming to hear from the students how much they want us to come back.

Happy October! Each year, SECU aims to increase acts of kindness and community impact. You can participate by logging your acts of kindness in their online Kindness Tracker. Actions such as holding the door open and writing encouraging notes counts just as much as making a donation to your local nonprofit does! Inspire others by sharing your acts...
