Today is World Mental Health Day. 💚

Mental health is just as important as physical health - on the field and off.

For players, coaches, referees, parents and everyone who makes up our soccer community, remember to check in with yourself and with one another. Sometimes, simply asking “How are you doing?” can make a difference.

Let’s continue to create a soccer community where it’s okay to talk, ask for support and take care of ourselves.

Take care of your mind. Support one another. 💚

Congratulations to our Team of the Week, Great Lakes Alliance FC U9B Raptors!! 👀

These boys are a first-year team stepping into competitive play this fall, and even though they have only just begun, they have shown incredible dedication, chemistry, and passion from day one! Over the past few months, their hard work on the training pitch has translated into an unforgettable start to the season! They opened league play with a hard-fought 1-0 victory to set the tone. These boys also competed in their very first tournament together and dominated from start to finish with a perfect 4-0-0 record to capture first place. For a brand-new group of young players to come together, execute with discipline, and achieve an undefeated 5-0 run across league and tournament play is a testament to their love for the game and commitment to each other! 💪🏻

We are so proud to see the love of the game shine through young players finding their journey!! We are proud of you boys!! ⭐️
