Please LiftUp prayers for two couples on trikes who had an accident near Lynchburg VA. One couple is ok and their bike is drivable. Thomas Kopetzki and his wife were transported via helicopter to Roanoke, Cheryl has bad road rash and possible internal issues, both need an abundance of prayer.

Our curiosity isn't answered by our website analytics so, please let us know where you're from and if you've ever been a bikerdown victim. Please, LiftUp prayers for Hoss (Joe) Goins. Currently on ventilator with broken neck, ribs, brain bleeds. In Gastonia Memorial Hospital,
Gastonia, NC. Joe wrecked last Saturday night. His wife Laurie has been with him. Please lift him in prayer. This post was submitted by two different people associated with Joe. God and good friends are all you need.

Update 5/25/2026 . We visited Joe today. He is in a medically induced coma and will be for at least two weeks. Joe served two Middle East tours. Laurie blessed us with his update. Both frontal lobes have been injured. Keep Laurie, Joe and his family in your prayers.

Update on Jay Moore . I was able to meet with and visit with Jay on Sunday 5/10. Jay was very responsive. He was back on the ventilator so he could not talk but he could use his phone to message. They were hoping that he could come off the ventilator that afternoon. Praying that happened. Most of his injuries are internal. Jay was in good spirits and was very grateful for your prayers. Please keep Jay and his family in your prayers.

Russell Gentry, a friend of mine is who went down yesterday. He has a broken hip and a scraped knee and having hip surgery at Mission Hospital in Asheville,NC at 11 today. Said he was going around a curve on N. Clear Creek and a car was coming towards him across the line. He went into the ditch, flew over the handle bars, reached back to get his phone to call 911 and the bike caught on fire. He hobbled away and a lady came and finished the call for him. He's in good spirits and thanks the Lord for being with him.

Prayer warriors I have another prayer request from Ruby Faulkerson-Moore for her son who is 26 and does home remodeling. This is his story told by his mother.

Thank you for reaching out. My son's name is Jay Moore he was hit Sunday afternoon on his motorcycle the other guy went to pull in a parking lot and pulled in front of my son he is currently on the ventilator he has 11 fractures of his ribs 1 through 5 on the left side have fractures and 1 on right side has a fracture they had to remove his spleen completely he has a traumatic brain injury due to bruising on the brain his left kidney is no longer working both lungs are serverly bruised he had to have a piece of his pancreas taking out they had to burn the top of his liver because it had a slice in it and was bleeding one of his vessels in the main artery was bleeding and has a tear in it. He now has pneumonia in his left lung and 16 liters of fluid on his body that would be nice of you visiting

Lift up Aaron Hand in your prayers. Aaron was headed to dinner in Charlotte on April 18 when a car pulled out on Tryon Street. Aaron’s right side received the brunt of the impact as it appears he somewhat prepared himself for the impact. That was Aaron’s character as wore the best helmet he knew of , protective boots, pants, jacket and gloves. This trip he was missing his jacket as it had just been washed. Aaron is in ICU. His helmet protected him from a traumatic brain injury but his body absorbed a lot of damage. The blood flow was cut off in his neck which cut off blood flow to his right arm which took a while to reestablish. He has a trache. He has broken bone in his pelvis, public, back right leg and left ankle. Aaron is an electrician by trade so pray for restoration and full function of all extremities. He also works part time at Cycle Gear. Also pray for comfort for his family who have been by his side through his treatment. Aaron is young at around 20 so he has youth on his side through this. Aaron has taken lots of training and practice on closed tracks to prepare him for the road. Thanks for your prayers in advance.

Reporting another hit and run biker down. Please LiftUp prayers for John Smathers. His mother, Glenda Campbell reports John was hit on Sugar Loaf Rd in Hendersonville NC on March 30. He was sent home on April 3rd with extensive injuries to his left leg and side. He can't work or even take care of himself very well. His dad, also John Smathers is helping all he can working through some visual problems of his own. He needs prayer and financial support. 04/01/2026 Update

Good morning all, Dad hasn't had a whole lot going on lately. Just healing and getting stronger by the hands of our Father. We do have a praise report , he was able to be off the vent for 24 hours last night he went through the night without out it . He was able to open both of his eyes and rolled onto his back and kept them open for a few minutes. He is also transitioned to a progressive unit from severe trauma ICU. These are small yet really big accomplishments and are worthy of praise.

Thank you so much for all of your prayers please keep them coming they are working. God has his hands surrounding dad all day every day and working his miracle healings on him daily.

Please LiftUp prayers for Matthew Tamari. His wife's name is Hannah Tamari. Matthew had a motorcycle accident today in Asheville NC and he is currently at Mission Hospital, condition unknown. Hannah was up there at the hospital when we spoke the doctors have already or was looking at him whenever we were on the phone and had not updated her yet of his condition or injuries. Thank you for the report.
