For over 40 years the Princeton Area Woman's Club has hosted a wish tree to for underprivileged children that are under the care of the State of NJ Department of Children and Families. Please take a peek at our Amazon wish list and sign up for a toy (or two!). No need to wrap or drop off- simply have Amazon deliver it to us (make sure you pick the PAWC address) and we will make sure it safely makes its way to the child that asked for THAT gift. Simple as that.

We need YOU! Yes, you! We’re stuffing envelopes to mail our annual Thanksgiving and Holiday drive flyers, and we need a little help! This is a great opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to get involved. Today, five members of our club braved the rain and participated in a Walk for Alzheimer’s. Thank you to our friends and members who donated! We surpassed $1100! Out of 94 teams, we were in the top 25% of donors!

Remember how exciting the first day of school was? New clothes, backpack and supplies? Well, some families struggle to provide these things for their children. Princeton Area Woman's Club of which I am a long time member, will be sponsoring a backpack drive for . We offered to coordinate "filled" backpacks for 20 children as well as providing clothing for them to wear to school (uniform, socks, underwear, shoes). We have a list of kids ages 4-18; boys and girls.
There are MANY ways in which you can take part in this drive:
You can sponsor a "whole" child by purchasing appropriate clothing, shoes, back packs, and supplies (probably run about $200)
You can split a "whole" child with a friend/neighbor
You can just get the backpack and supplies
You can just get the clothing
or
You can give a monetary donation that we will use to shop for the children.
You can give a gift card to Target, Walmart, or Old Navy
Let ME know if you or any of YOUR friends want a name (if you have preference boy/girl/age-let me know; I will do my best to accommodate) Private message me your email or leave it here in the comments.
You will then receive an email from me with the details of the child - age, s*x, clothing and shoe size and/or a list of supplies to fill their backpack.
Thank you in advance. I have organized this project for many years. You have all been more than generous each year. Please do what you comfortably can do.

Thank you Denise for hosting a recent summer gathering. Our current executive board continues for another year and we have lots to celebrate. Can’t wait to see what 2025-26 brings to our members and the community. We have a backpack drive, charity walks, a 50th anniversary celebration, thanksgiving basket drive, wish tree and holiday wrapping ahead of us and that’s just coming in 2025! Keep following us to keep up!
