Our mission is to create diverse and competitive rowing teams across the United States. We provide STEM and swimming lessons for our student athletes.

We break barriers and create equality, establishing rowing as a sport that is accessible to all.

In July, our students put their STEM skills to the test through hands-on robotic challenges. They worked together to build, problem-solve, and bring their robots to life!

In July, our students got to race on the water for our Champions Summit. They spent the day challenging themselves, working together, and connecting with other young rowers from across the country. Experiences like this help students build confidence to try new things and see the opportunities that rowing can create both on and off the water.

In July, our students got to spend the day at Princeton University exploring the campus, learning about college life, and experiencing an environment that encourages curiosity and ambition. Moments like these help students see new possibilities, build confidence, and take one step closer to their goals.

This past weekend, three STEM to Stern clubs traveled to Princeton, NJ for Champions Summit 2026! Each team competed in different Robotics Challenges and raced each other on the water. Students got to spend the weekend learning, collaborating, and building relationships through STEM and rowing. Thank you to everyone who made this event possible! We can’t wait to see you next year! 🚣☀️

Building community on and off the water!💙

Last week, we welcomed 72 participants to our Run/Row event with Performance Running Outfitters , where they had the opportunity to learn how yo row and discover what STEM to Stern is! We also joined the Milwaukee Rowing Club summer scrimmage, where community members cheered on racers, participated in erg challenges, and supported our mission through donations.

Thank you to everyone who came out, participated, and helped us inspire the next generation through rowing, STEM, and community!
