Dear Friends, Supporters, Sponsors, and Guests,
First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for having to reschedule A Night for Conservation one final time. I know that many of you have been looking forward to this special evening, and I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support. Unfortunately, we recently learned that our venue has another event scheduled during the day, leaving us with only one hour to set up for our gala. As you can imagine, organizing our first gala is a tremendous undertaking, and one hour simply doesn't give us enough time to create the experience our guests, sponsors, and supporters deserve.
The Frank Verney Foundation for Wildlife, Conservation, & Education is committed to making our inaugural gala an unforgettable evening. This event is more than just a fundraiser. It represents the beginning of something truly special, a celebration of wildlife, conservation, education, and the incredible difference we can make when we come together. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to move A Night for Conservation to January 2027, with Wednesday, January 20th, as our anticipated new date. We are working to finalize the details and will share official confirmation as soon as possible.
I understand that changing the date again may be frustrating, and for that, I am deeply sorry. Starting a nonprofit and organizing our first major fundraising event has been an incredible journey filled with excitement, challenges, and valuable lessons. Through it all, my
commitment to our mission and to everyone who believes in this
foundation has only grown stronger.
My promise to you is that we are working to make this evening worth the wait. I sincerely hope you will continue this journey with us and join us in January for an evening filled with inspiration,
celebration, and a shared passion for protecting wildlife and our
planet. To everyone who has purchased tickets, committed to
sponsorships, donated auction items, volunteered, or simply shared
words of encouragement, THANK YOU! Your support means more to me than words can express.
We may be changing the date, but our mission, our passion, and our determination remain stronger than ever. Together, we will make A Night for Conservation a night to remember. Because wildlife needs our voice, conservation needs our action, and our future needs all of us.
With heartfelt gratitude and appreciation,
Frank Verney
