Trustbridge is a community nonprofit that provides 24/7 support for families facing serious illness.

From home health, to hospice, and caregiver support, TrustBridge offers assistance for families facing any stage of illness, twenty-four hours a day. TrustBridge combines Hospice of Palm Beach County and Broward County and Hospice by the Sea, Focus Care Home Health, and Harbor Palliative Care. Since 1978, our expert staff has cared for nearly 200,000 patients nearing end of life. As a non-profit,

501(c)(3) organization, we care for all who want and qualify for our services, regardless of ability to pay. We offer the physical, emotional and spiritual care that brings comfort and dignity to those with terminal illness and their loved ones. Our multi-cultural staff respects all religions and cultural traditions. For families who need emotional support, we offer grief support services including group counseling. A new way to give back is now open in Fort Lauderdale! Empath Trustbridge Treasures Resale Shop supports the Trustbridge Hospice Foundation, which funds a wide range of programs across South Florida, including the physician and social work fellowships hosted here at Trustbridge Hospice, training the next generation of hospice and palliative care professionals. Today we honor the fathers and father-figures who have touched our lives.

For some, Father’s Day is filled with laughter, phone calls, family gatherings, and cherished traditions. For others, it may bring memories of a father who is deeply missed, a relationship that shaped who they are, or the bittersweet experience of celebrating while navigating illness, caregiving, or loss.

Today, we hold space for all of these experiences.

We honor the fathers who are still with us, the fathers we carry in our hearts, and the father-figures who offered guidance, strength, comfort, and unconditional love along the way.

We also celebrate those who are fathers themselves, the dads who continue to show up with love, patience, and care, creating memories and legacies that will be carried forward for years to come.

Huge thanks to the Hospice KDW Shootout! We are incredibly grateful for another amazing year at the 16th Annual KDW Shootout Fishing Tournament held this past weekend on June 13th. Because of their incredible support, the event raised over $17,125.00.

These funds will directly support the Trustbridge Hospice Foundation, helping to provide compassionate care and comfort to patients and families when they need it most.

A massive congratulations to our "Overall Winner" of the tournament, "Bob's Plan"! Outstanding job out on the water!

Thank you to all the anglers, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters who made this year such a massive success. We couldn’t do it without this incredible community. See you next year!
