A Hero Will Do

A Hero Will Do We are a charitable based organization, established to recognize and honor everyday Heroes within our communities.

Though Valor is most-oftenly associated with our men and women in uniform, we believe, it is the everyday courageous individual(s), who, unselfishly respond to aid of another; risking life and limb. It is in their honor we present the Eric Schultz leadership Awards. Our continued goals are to foster growth within our communities and recognize local heroes through peer or agency nominations. Your contributions will help support our cause in continuing to fight the good fight.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this weekend for another amazing NBPD Mobile Café! We loved the chance to connect with our community, share good conversations, and enjoy a cup of coffee together. Events like these are all about bringing neighbors, officers, and local businesses together to strengthen the bonds that make Newport Beach such a special place to live and work.

Thank you to our incredible partners who helped make the day so welcoming and fun: Hoag Urgent Care , Newport Coffee Company , and Zen WTR .

Whether you stopped by to say hi, share a concern, or enjoy a cup of coffee, thank you for being part of the conversation. We can’t wait to see you at our next NBPD Mobile Café!

The Woke Sanctuary City Police Chief

She’s proud to be serving at her new agency in a sanctuary city. She tested 27th out of 28 candidates but she checked most of the boxes for her new City Manager and city council in the city of Wokeville and here she is.

She’s excited to work in a city where she can help hire and develop woke officers and groom and fast track them into supervisory and management positions and hopefully future Chiefs.

Unlike the Old School Chief, this one is extremely political and doesn’t hide it. She does as she is told by her boss and doesn’t care what her employees think. She is toxic, her employees hate her and she cant figure out why she has a retention problem.

She brings a wide range of wokeness and prior sexual harassment lawsuits to her new position. She was successful at removing the offensive black and white police cars at her last 7 agencies as chief and is proud of the “community friendly” new pastel “Guardian Transporters,” as she calls them.

Keeping with the tradition of woke police chiefs in policing today, she was an absolute abysmal train wreck of a cop. She was lazy and afraid to work patrol and she was a liability. She “accidentally” tased another female officer in the shower (Don’t ask!), she had two accidental discharges with her firearm while changing in the locker room (Don’t ask) and she stacked up 7 patrol cars.

With all this happening in her first two years in Patrol, she had enough. She faked an injury, went out on light duty and the rest is history.

With the light duty time and her Admin’s need to transfer (hide) her so she never returned to Patrol, she managed to gain experience in several different specialty assignments, of course, screwing each one up.

She tested for sergeant and came in 26 out of 27 candidates and was given the nod. After two years as an admin sergeant she was promoted to Lieutenant then Captain. She then began jumping from department to department as Chief.

She is eagerly awaiting ICE and the other Fed Boys to dare come to her city wearing their evil masks. She has vowed to order her officers to arrest them on the spot if they are wearing masks, per her hero Governor’s new “law.”

She’s currently waiting for Chief Sharris to retire at the neighboring River City, California Police Department so she can have his job!

The “Single Mom” Cop

Many of you have experienced this. She balances home life with work life. Unlike others, who take advantage of cushy desk assignments and extended leaves, she loves her job, working Patrol, but has two little ones who need her too.

She puts her family first. She hasn’t slept in days and has started developing the disheveled look and “homeless” look. She’s used to diaper blowouts and smeared f***s doesn’t bother her anymore. She is used to the constant whining and temper tantrums from her kids as she works with a bunch of young Gen Zers.

She somehow manages arranging childcare, differing shifts with her ex, finances and pumping breast milk for her baby for when she is at work.

She works extra shifts, including Graveyard Shifts so she can keep up with diapers and childcare. She will occasionally park in the back of the police department parking lot at night to catch a bit of rest.

Newly separated from her firefighter husband, whom she caught with the ER Nurse, she juggles home life, child care, expenses and work life and it is a constant struggle.

She refuses to go the Influencer route or start an OnlyFans page as some of the other females at work. We commend her for her dedication to both work and family life!
