What an unforgettable day; our Girls Who Build Construction Camp was a HUGE success!

In partnership with NAWIC Greater Palm Beach, our girls stepped boldly into the world of construction and proved that they can build, create, and lead with confidence.

They learned hands‑on skills in:

• Carpentry
• Welding
• Drone piloting
• Generator assembly and wiring (sponsored and led by FPL)

They also heard from an inspiring panel of women leaders who opened their eyes to real career pathways; from architecture and design, to estimating, education, project leadership, and business ownership.

These young women didn’t just learn skills; they discovered their power, their voice, and their place in the industry.

Another milestone reached, and a powerful reminder of what happens when young people choose to invest in their future.

Last Saturday, we celebrated the close of Spring 2026 semester and the completion of our Part 107 Commercial Drone Pilot course. For 16 Saturdays, these young men showed up with commitment, curiosity, and a drive to grow. They didn’t just learn drone operations, they built discipline, communication, responsibility, and employable skills that will open doors for years to come. Their dedication has been inspiring, their progress undeniable, and their potential limitless.
