With Presley’s surgery in April and an unfortunate family emergency, our birthday donations to the NICUs were unfortunately delayed, but we are so happy to share they finally made it! 🤍

Because of all of your support, we were able to donate:

✨ 20 sound machines
✨ 10 laundry bundles
✨ Multiple lovies & handmade blankets
✨ Multiple packs of bibs
✨ OVER 100 clothing items
✨ 8 cans of formula
✨ Diapers
✨ Multiple packs of wipes
✨ Postpartum care items
✨ Blankets
✨ And so much more

We also wanted to share a special little story. One night while scrolling social media, a twin mom unexpectedly popped up on our newsfeed. No mutual friends, nobody had shared her post that we knew — just a photo of her babies in a very familiar NICU. We reached out and were able to put together a small basket of goodies for her tiny warriors. A huge thank you to Presley’s grammie, Renee for making the handmade lovies these two sweet babies now get to keep forever.

Moments like these remind us why Presley’s Purpose exists, to help families feel seen, supported, and a little less alone during some of the hardest days.

We are currently looking for a local company (Logan, Champaign, or surrounding counties) with a truck and possibly trailer that would be willing to donate their time and partner with Presley’s Purpose for a donation drop on April 20th.

We will be delivering items to Nationwide Children’s Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio, and we are so incredibly grateful for the overwhelming amount of donations we’ve received, it’s truly more than my Honda HR-V can hold!

‼️Presley’s Purpose has a special request!‼️

We have the opportunity to support a NICU mama and her sweet baby who have been in the NICU for OVER A YEAR. As you can imagine, that kind of journey comes with so much emotional, physical, and financial strain.

This family also has multiple other children at home, which has meant long periods of separation or making a 5-hour round trip just to spend a short amount of time together. The sacrifices they’ve made to be there for their baby are incredible and so, so heavy.

We want to come alongside them and remind them they are not alone.

All money raised will go directly toward gift cards for gas, food, and groceries to help ease the burden of travel and daily expenses. We will also be putting together a comfort basket for mom to bring a little extra support and encouragement during this long journey.

Because of our amazing community, we were able to collect THIRTY cases during the drink drive with our friends at Eleven One Liquidation!

Only 15 days left in our first birthday drive and we’re plugging right along! 💛

SIX more sound machines were delivered and we have officially hit our goal of TWENTY sound machines!

We also reached our goal of TEN laundry bundles!

This week’s goal: 10 blankies! Blankets aren’t just for keeping babies warm in the NICU—they’re often used to lay under baby for comfort or even placed over their isolette to help block out bright lights so they can rest peacefully and continue growing.
