Our 2026 season is packed with opportunities to support Ridgewood's music students, and we're looking for volunteers to help make it all happen!

🎺 Feed the Band during Band Camp lunches - you do not have to stay to help serve the kids but would be great if you can! Monday & Friday food is taken care of but we could use helping hands!

🍿 Work JV Football Game Concession Stands
🏈 Work Varsity Home & Away Concession Stands
🍕 Feed the Bands during the 3rd Quarter of Varsity Games

Every volunteer shift directly supports Ridgewood's band, choir, theater, and music programs. Your time helps provide music, equipment, performances, student opportunities, and so much more.

Band camp is July 13-17! The students spend all day putting in the hard work and we try to keep them fueled. We'd like to have several families each day so the load is lighter.

This isn't just for the kids. Sure, they make friendships that'll last but so do the parents. Sitting together in the stands for competitions. Planning meals and snacks. Coordinating who has the extra safety pins and trash bags. We're together just as much as our kids and I have to say, I've made friendships that'll go beyond my child's time in band.

We are getting so excited for our First Annual Golf Scramble coming up on August 15th at River Greens! To help make this event a massive success for our music students, we are currently seeking donations for our raffle. We are looking for items, gift certificates, or themed baskets from local businesses and community members to feature as exciting prizes for our golfers.

Contributing to the scramble's raffle is a wonderful way to showcase your business to the community while directly supporting our talented kids. Every single donation, big or small, makes a huge difference and helps us ensure the music program has everything it needs for the upcoming season.

The Ridgewood Music Boosters are already looking ahead to the Coshocton County Fair this October, and we need your help! We are currently searching for a dedicated volunteer to step up and run the fair stand this year. The fair stand is one of our biggest fundraisers and is absolutely vital for making sure our kids have exactly what they need for the music program.

While it is a big responsibility, you absolutely will not be doing it alone. You will have the full support of the Boosters, including plenty of experienced hands to help you organize volunteers, manage the schedule, and keep everything running smoothly. It is a fantastic way to support the students and get involved with an amazing community of parents and supporters.

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us last night for the music awards banquet! While the night is usually all about celebrating the incredible talent and hard work of our amazing students, the boosters snuck in a few surprise presentations of our own. We couldn’t let the year wrap up without honoring a few legendary parents who have gone completely above and beyond the call of duty.

​Please help us give a huge round of applause to our awesome parent award winners:

​🍿 Polly & Bernie Maple received everything they need for a family popcorn night. Honored for their countless years of service across every single music program. Polly has been our secretary and can always be found at any practice or event asking how she can help. Even after a surgery when she should be resting she would do what she could one-armed. Bernie is officially retiring his crown as the "Popcorn King," and we are going to miss him like crazy. Thank you both for your incredible dedication over the years!

​🌭 Jessie Tubbs: Recipient of a Hot Dog Hat! Jessie earned this for bringing unmatched energy, hype, and absolute enthusiasm to the away food stand. I can't wait to see her wear it to games!

​🛻 Dave Allen: Awarded his very own TowMater truck! Dave has been hooking up and pulling the marching band trailers to games and competitions long after his own kids graduated from the program. We literally could not get the show on the road without him.

​🥄 Carrie Dean: Winner of the (now) legendary Golden Spoon! Carrie is always the first to step up whenever it’s time to feed the kids—whether we are surviving the heat of band camp, traveling for competitions, or getting them fed as quickly as possible during Friday night football games.

​Our student musicians are the heart of this program, but these volunteers are the backbone. It's because of all of the amazing parents in our performing arts programs that we are able to support the kids in their love of these programs. Thank you all for celebrating with us last night and for making this year so unforgettable!
