In Scouting we lose approximately 1/3 of the youth in our program annually for one reason or another. Data shows it is often tied to unit programming which is often tied to untrained leaders. Here is an opportunity to get trained and CHANGE THE CURVE for trained Cub Scout Leaders and Youth Retention in Scouting! Troop Leader Training is also taking place!!
