When our Cubs move up to BSA Scouting they have the opportunity to utilize educational opportunities like these. We are so happy to see a resource like this for our Scouting community. Several of our Pack members who moved onto BSA Troop 990 were out there working on welding, automotive maintenance, plumbing, robotics, and painting merit badges.

This is going to be a wonderful addition to the Dan Beard Council!

Through experiential learning, mentorship, and values-based education, Scouting helps young people discover interests, build confidence, and develop transferable skills that employers consistently say they need: teamwork, accountability, communication, and problem-solving.

Friendsgiving is one of our favorite Pack outings! We had so much fun with BSA Troop 990 working on our scouting skills. They led us on a hike, worked with us to set up tents, taught us about campfire safety, played all kinds of games, and enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving meal together.

Congratulation to Lakota East and Lakota West Bands!! Both of their performances were amazing in Orlando. Several of the Lakota East Marching Thunderhawks began their Scouting adventures in Pack 941. We are so proud of all their accomplishments both in and out of Scouting.

Thank you for coming to visit us at The Great Pumpkin Fest at Keehner Park yesterday. It was great to see familiar faces and meet new friend. If you are new to us, come check out a meeting and see what we are all about. We would love to have you join us on our adventures in scouting!
