Inclusion Insight: Have you ever been in a room so loud, bright, or crowded that you just wanted to cover your ears and escape? For many individuals with autism, ADHD, or sensory processing differences, that feeling of "sensory overload" happens daily.

When an environment is filled with flashing lights, loud music, and overlapping conversations, the brain can have trouble filtering it all out. It’s not a "behavior issue," it’s a neurological response to being completely overwhelmed.

How you can help: If you notice someone becoming distressed or withdrawing in a noisy space, offer a quiet environment to step into, dim the lights if possible, or simply give them grace and space to reset. True community means making room for everyone's comfort levels! 🎧✨

New month, new fun! 🥂 Join us TOMORROW, June 3rd, for our monthly Happy Hour! It’s the perfect, low-key way to catch up with old friends and meet new ones. First drink (soda, juice or a happy hour drink) is on CA! Hang out in their event space, or grab a spot at the bar.
