Last week, Wauwatosa Lutheran welcomed Dr. Jensen from Milwaukee Lutheran to lead in chapel!

One of the special things about being part of We Teach Truth is the opportunity to learn from and grow alongside leaders across our schools.

Thank you, Dr. Jensen, for sharing God's Word with our students and investing in our community over at Wauwatosa Lutheran!

Congratulations to Sarah Mathison, Marketing Manager, on receiving the Heart & Hands Award!

Sarah's work touches nearly every facet of our organization, and her creativity and attention to detail are evident in so much of what we do. From working alongside our school teams to supporting initiatives across WeTeachTruth, Sarah has a talent for connecting with people and bringing ideas to life.

We love the fun, positive energy she brings to everything she does. Her joy is contagious, and she makes both the work and the relationships along the way better.

We are incredibly thankful for Sarah and the many ways she supports our schools and people. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!

In his latest CEO video update, Dr. Cole Braun shares a special announcement and an invitation to our WeTeachTruth community.

After 45 years of faithful service to Lutheran education, Mr. Mark Bahr announces his plans to retire from full-time ministry at the conclusion of this school year, while continuing to serve in a part-time capacity. We are incredibly thankful for Mark's leadership and lasting impact on generations of students and families. As we celebrate his ministry throughout this year, we also look forward to sharing more about a special endowment Mark and his wife, Kris, are establishing to support future church workers.

Cole also extends a personal invitation to experience our schools firsthand. Whether it's a game, concert, performance, or campus visit, there are so many opportunities to see our mission in action this fall and winter.

We invite you to watch this special update!

Each week at Milwaukee Lutheran, they take the time to recognize Red Knight Scholars who are noticed going above and beyond in doing the right things in service to others around school!

The “You Got Caught” program is a really cool way to lift up and celebrate our young people as they model genuine servant leadership!

What if the Old Testament was on trial? Would you be ready to defend it against accusations about its reliability, origin, or purpose? Students at Martin Luther in Apologetics get that opportunity as they participate in a "mock trial". Working with their "defense team" they put together a sound case of evidence and logic to convince a jury of their peers and the honorable "judge" that the Old Testament is a trustworthy source for our faith to be founded on.

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”
1 Timothy 4:12

Last week, Milwaukee Lutheran’s Middle School Chapel offered a powerful encouragement for each of us to boldly live out and declare our faith in Christ!

Whether we are senior leaders, sixth graders or and old Red Knight grad like Dr. J, as the Forgiven and Redeemed Children of The Lord we are daily blessed to be witnesses to His Amazing Grace by all that we think, say, and do in this lifetime!

Wauwatosa Lutheran’s Cross Country team competed at Milwaukee Lutheran's cross country meet and did a great job representing WLS. So fun to cheer them on and watch our students compete!

Way to go, Lancers!
