Today is the day! We can't wait to have fun with you all tonight at the annual Buker Spring Carnival! We are SO, grateful to everyone who has already volunteered to help -- we can't run big events like this without you!
We are in need of a few more helpers for the obstacle course and games. We promise this isn't a hard job (especially if you coordinate and sign up with a friend!) and there will be plenty of high schoolers volunteers around to help. Thank you!
See you at 5pm at the Rec Center!!

Today, students were dazzled by a very special performance of Cinderella by the Tanglewood Marionettes! They learned about the basics of puppetry as well as set and costume design. They loved this classic tale with some modern day humor sprinkled in! This event was sponsored by FOB, thanks to your donations!

Less than 24 hours until our Fun Run!!! We are SO CLOSE to our goal of $30,000 and have over 70% participation!

This is FOB’s primary fundraiser. All of the money raised goes directly to field trips, cultural enrichment events, school supplies, supporting Teacher Appreciation Week, and more! We can’t wait to see you out there tomorrow morning cheering on your runner! Feel free to bring signs!

We have *one more week* to reach our goal of $30,000! The Fun Run is the primary fundraiser for the Friends of Buker. With the money raised we are able to subsidize field trips, bring amazing enrichment opportunities to our students, purchase equipment and supplies for our school, and SO much more!

We are halfway to our goal but we still need your help! Any size donation will make a big impact. We hope to have 100% of our students participating, and we are currently at 51%.

The 5th Grade Class at Buker is selling mums this week to raise money for 5th grade week festivities! Order forms went home with the kids or venmo Shannon directly to order yours mums today. Pick up is 9/17 at Curriculum Night!

Join us for drinks and apps after Buker Curriculum Night. This is a wonderful opportunity to socialize make new connections with parents in our community!
