The afternoon thunderstorms cleared up and set the stage with some unseasonable yet welcome cool breezes and a relaxed, mellow mood for our August CommUNITY Music Night! This music series showcases our bounty of resident-led bands and musicians, with Josh Branch and Loos Change as our lineup last night! And with Farmhouse Cafe Wendell and Pop n Bubbles Co on hand with their perfect picnic fare, it was a delightful easy-like-Sunday-morning kind of Thursday night. Thanks to all who came out to sit a spell and soak it in!

Our August rendition of Farmhouse Jams was everything you want on a hot summer Saturday night: '80's throwback tunes with an awesome band (we're looking at you, Police & Thieves!), plenty of eats and drinks (deliciousness by Farmhouse Cafe Wendell, Chick-N-Que, and Kona Ice of Wendell!) new and old friends (the best neighbors!), and all the right vibes!

From the live ukelele tunes and glitter tattoos, to the bubbles and balloon creatures, to the savory Kalua pork and shaved ice treats, we had a blast. When it's a hot summer night, the best way to cool off is to chill out with your neighbors...and that's just what we did at the latest edition of our CommUNITY Music Night series! Resident musicians John LaFleur and Loos Change provided the perfect soundtrack for a mid-week break, and Farmhouse Cafe Wendell and Kona Ice of Wendell delighted the crowd with refreshing picnic-worthy fare. A round of applause for all who made the Farmhouse patio and lawn the place to be this Wednesday!

🇺🇸 Happy 250th Birthday, USA!! 🇺🇸 Our annual golf cart parade in celebration of Independence Day was extra meaningful this year. Residents went all out in decorating their carts with creative patriotic flair, and the spirit of freedom was certainly in the air! Thanks to all who participated, and a special shout out to Wendell Police Department for their assistance along the route. Have a happy and safe 4th of July, everyone!
