Sumner Board for Senior Services is looking for a an organization that may need some volunteer hours to move DME equipment and shelves from the basement of their office. We are looking for able-bodied individuals (at least a group of 10+) to create an assembly line to move items from the current location to be disposed of and some items to be moved upstairs. The volunteer service may result in a donation to your organization. We need help asap. If you are available today or tomorrow that would be fantastic!! We were thrilled to host a group of first-grade students from Wellington Christian Academy yesterday. As part of their visit, they toured our senior center, shared poems, and gave our members handmade Valentine's Day cards. The students also engaged in a joint word search activity.
