We are excited to invite vendors and food truck vendors to participate in the 2026 Band Booster Bash Local Music Festival Vol. I on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the Weirton Event Center.

To reserve your spot, please complete the form below. Vendor spaces are limited and will be reserved once the completed form and payment are received.

Location: Weirton Event Center
Vendor Setup: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Teardown: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Vendor Spot: $25
Food Truck Spot: $50
We are also offering advertising opportunities for vendors who would like additional visibility at the event:

🏈 A Moment of Remembrance 🏈💙

At our first home football game on September 18, the Weir High School Band will take a moment to honor and remember Heidi Morris, our former percussion instructor, whose dedication, passion, and love for music left a lasting impact on so many students, families, and members of our band program.

Heidi's influence extended far beyond teaching percussion. She inspired confidence, fostered teamwork, and helped shape the lives of countless students through her commitment to music and education. Her legacy continues to be felt throughout our band family.

We invite our community, alumni, and friends to join us as we observe a moment of silence in her memory before the game.

Please keep Heidi's family, friends, and all whose lives she touched in your thoughts as we celebrate her life and the lasting impact she made on the Weir High Band.

Our hearts are so heavy this morning with the news of Heidi's passing. She was a wonderful person and such a dedicated drummer. We will miss you!! We are sending prayers and positive thoughts to her family. 🖤❤️🖤❤️

What an absolutely incredible final day of band camp! Our amazing students worked their tails off today and celebrated with a super fun water fight and a cookout! A big thank you to all the wonderful parents who brought the fun to our bingo night—we had a blast! Plus, the excitement keeps rolling because our brand new freezer has officially arrived! We send our biggest, most heartfelt thank you to Ernie Wiseman for this incredibly generous donation! And a thank you to Shaun Kelley for hauling away our old one too!

We came. We marched. We conquered Band Camp 2026! Huge shoutout to every single student who pushed through the heat, perfected the drill, and gave 100% every single day. Your hard work has officially paid off, and the field is sounding incredible.Reminder to all of our amazing band families and students: our big celebration kicks off TONIGHT at 6:00 PM! Come out, grab some food, and let's celebrate the start of an amazing season together. See you all at 6!

We would like to send a big THANK YOU to EZfresh for donating taco meat, Rustik Rollz for donating muffins, the Weirton Fire Department for being guest servers for lunch and dinner, and Mayor Harris for coming today at lunch to visit with the kids! We appreciate all the donations and for the time you all took today to show our kids some support!

Update!!! We would like to thank everyone for the huge outpouring of giving that we have received we have received the donation of a brand new upright freezer for the concession stand along with several donations to help our new uniform fund!! We appreciate you all more than you will ever know and we can't wait to see you this season on the field!!
