The Garner Education Foundation was proud to honor two incredible individuals at the Garner 42 Fest whose impact on Garner ISD and our community has left a lasting legacy.

👏 Robert Duvall – for his years of dedicated leadership as principal/superintendent and his servant-hearted commitment to doing whatever it took to support students and staff.

👏 Jessie McGowen – for 29 years of shaping young minds, pouring into generations of students, and being a steady, caring presence so many will never forget.

These two represent the very best of Garner—heart, service, and a deep love for this community. Their influence continues to be felt in the lives of so many.

Each year this event grows—not just in size, but in heart—bringing our community together to celebrate our history, our people, and the tradition that started right here in Garner.
