In Ephesians 4:26, be angry and do not sin, do not let the sun go down on your wrath. I have done that a lot and that was sin. I have learned that the only anger allowed is righteous anger, any other anger I have is the old me and is sin. I thank you for this study. Greg W- Ellis Unit, TDCJ
