This week, we're highlighting Emily Harvey!

Emily is the Director of Sales & Marketing Operations at Ten Bears Productions, a family-owned promotional products company founded by her grandparents in 1976. As a third-generation member of the business, she oversees sales, marketing, and client relationships while helping organizations bring their brands to life through creative merchandise, apparel, and promotional marketing solutions.

What Emily enjoys most about CAAMP is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, collaborate with industry professionals, and give back to an industry that has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. CAAMP holds a special place in her heart because her father, Mark Harvey, was its founder and charter president.

Fun Fact: Emily is currently preparing to become the next owner of Ten Bears Productions, continuing a legacy nearly 50 years in the making.

When she's not working, you'll likely find her spending time with her daughter, supporting industry events, networking with fellow professionals, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.

Celebrating Eliana Franklin's Service to CAAMP

Eliana Franklin has served as Executive Director of CAAMP since 2019.

Before entering the promotional products industry, Eliana worked in the medical field as a Clinical Manager and Lead Traveling Ophthalmic Surgical Technician. After marrying her husband, Jeff Franklin of Headwear USA, she was introduced to the promotional products industry and later had the opportunity to begin her association management career with CAAMP, allowing her to spend more time with her growing family.

Since joining CAAMP in 2019, Eliana has had the privilege of working alongside an incredible Board of Directors, dedicated volunteers, members, and industry partners. What began as a career change quickly became one of the best decisions she has ever made. Over the years, she has built lasting friendships, met some of the most amazing people in the promotional products industry, and developed a true passion for serving the association community.

Eliana is a MAS Certified Professional and was honored to be recognized as part of the SAAGNY 40 Under 40 class in 2022.

Fun Facts

Eliana homeschools her two daughters.
Eliana and her husband own and operate The Franklin Farm, a Maryland Certified Local Farm specializing in pasture-raised eggs, chickens, turkeys, and sheep.
She is the proud owner of three pet emus: Nacho, Blue, and Do**us. While they don't help with CAAMP, they certainly keep life interesting.

Please join us in celebrating Thomas Deissroth and his service to the CAAMP Board of Directors!

Thomas, based in Rock Hill, SC, has been involved in the promotional products industry his entire life — even attending his very first trade show at just 10 years old on a riverboat in Ohio!

With 10 years of industry experience, Thomas previously worked as a successful multi-line representative covering 30 states and specializing in trade shows and relationship building. He now serves as an Outside Sales Account Executive with Prime Line, covering AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, and TN since joining the company in January 2025.

Throughout his career, Thomas has earned several notable industry honors, including:

🏆 PAPPA & PPAI 2020 Best Multi-Line Rep of the Year
🏆 SAAGNY 40 Under 40 Award
🏆 Prime Line 2025 Outside Sales Rep of the Year
🎓 CAS Certified Professional

Thomas serves on CAAMP’s Executive Board as Secretary and is also actively involved with the Special Events, Marketing, and Advocacy Committees. He additionally brings prior board experience from serving on the Gold Coast Board and is excited to contribute his creativity, organization, and passion for the industry to CAAMP.

When asked why he wanted to join the CAAMP Board, Thomas shared that he has “always loved this board,” feels he can make a positive impact, and values CAAMP’s connection to the center of his territory.

Outside of the industry, Thomas has played hockey since he was 3 years old, has been skydiving five times, and enjoys collecting meaningful tattoos.

We are excited to celebrate Thomas’ service to the CAAMP Board of Directors and look forward to all he will continue to bring to the association!
