Today FCS students participated in a kitchen measurement lab!! We used a recipe for a "Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie" where students measured out the ingredients to take with them and finish baking at home. The dry ingredients and vanilla were provided, 2 tbsp butter and an egg are needed at home to finish preparing and baking the 🍪
If a picture is emailed/parent squared TO ME they will receive 25pts Extra Credit for completing!! This does NOT have to be completed tonight, any time over Thanksgiving break is great!!!! Completion of the cookie is not required, but most students were excited to finish!!
If there are any problems getting ingredients or baking at home students have been advised to reach out to me and other arrangements for their cookie preperation and/or baking will be made!!
This should be a fun project to complete at home and continue learning about kitchen measurements!!! As always, if anyone has any questions please contact me!!!!
