Big things are happening across STEADY Work - and it’s all powered by our youth. 💪

From leadership to hands-on skill building to real-world work experience, this week was a perfect snapshot of what’s possible when opportunity meets effort:

🔹 TJ kicked things off by opening the Youth Violence Prevention Summit (Photo 1)
🔹 Crew lead Clive led a crew through a siding installation for our YouthBuild Initiative (Photo 2)
🔹 Crew lead Eric guided a small jobs build with youth from Lyons, Marion, and Sodus (Photo 3)
🔹 Dom stepped up to serve and connect through lunch sales at BOCES
🔹 Drew Miller and the Meals team sold out while catering at Garlock’s on Tuesday (Taco Tuesday = success 🌮)
🔹 Our Print Shop team completed a 500+ piece order

This is what workforce development looks like - real skills, real work, real impact. Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. 🙌🏼
