We had such an overwhelming turnout for our 7th Annual Never Give Up 5K Color Run on Saturday that we’re only now rested up enough to share an update. First and foremost, THANK YOU to everyone who sponsored, raced, volunteered, or simply showed up to support. This community showed up in a big way, and we appreciate every single one of you.
This year was a record‑breaking milestone for the Pike County Su***de Prevention Coalition. We welcomed 150 racers, our largest field yet, and surpassed our sponsorship goal of $10,000 by an incredible $3,750, thanks to nearly 40 generous sponsors.
Our Dunk‑a‑Deputy event brought in additional support for Pike Pet Pals and Pike Outreach, and the day held an unexpected moment of joy when three abandoned puppies were adopted on the spot by caring community members.
Time and time again, this community amazes us with its generosity, compassion, and commitment to spreading awareness for the 988 crisis line. Your partnership truly makes a difference, and we are grateful beyond words.
