Greeters! We need you!

As you may, or may not know, PFLAG Milwaukee is the official greeter for Milwaukee PrideFest. Let’s show the Milwaukee PrideFest Community a huge PFLAG welcome! People attend Milwaukee PrideFest from all over the world and greeters have the first chance to welcome and engage with the attendees. People are so happy to see smiling faces welcoming them and mention that they are so grateful to see us. I am beginning to hear from people that when they attended as a teenager and saw welcoming people and signs, it made all of the difference to them and now as adults, they continue to come to Milwaukee PrideFest, and to greet us as well.

So, please sign-up to welcome folks and get FREE ADMISSION as well! For each volunteer who helps greet, you will get one entrance ticket. All we ask from you is about three hours of welcoming people. Below are the days and times for shifts. If one of the shifts doesn’t work for you, no problem! Come when you can, just let us know when you plan to be there. We do ask that you respond so that your ticket can either be emailed to you or set aside at the Will-Call office. Looking forward to seeing you there!
