✅ Career Changers: Always dreamed of becoming a firefighter but thought the cost or time commitment was out of reach? This program is tailored for those looking to start a new chapter, especially individuals balancing family or financial responsibilities.
✅ Military Veterans: Transition your service skills into a rewarding civilian career.
Why Join the Apprenticeship Program?
- Earn as You Learn: From day one, you’ll earn a livable wage with full-time benefits. Plus, you’ll receive a $10,000 Early Engagement Benefit and $5,000 tuition reimbursement to cover paramedic training.
- Hands-On Training: Start with a 4-week academy, then gain real-world experience working alongside seasoned firefighters and paramedics.
- Hybrid Paramedic Education: Attend two in-person classes per week, with the flexibility to complete virtual coursework during your shifts.
