PATHS wanted to share that our program's services will be concluding on December 31st 2026.

As we look back at the incredible achievements youth have accomplished in PATHS since 2021, it is truly remarkable! These youth are resilient in their journey to obtaining and maintaining safe, stable housing. Their dedication shines through in their self-identified goals and progress.

Our PATHS team is grateful to serve and support youth each day and will continue to do so through the end of the year.

CW Solutions operates one of two PATH programs in Wisconsin (the other is operated in Milwaukee by Pathfinders). PATHS is a program for emerging adults, age 18-21 who had some type of child welfare interaction while they were a minor who now need housing support.
