I have been blessed to be part of the Miss Hardee County Pageant for the past 13 years, and in 2024, I had the opportunity to step into the role of Director. Over the years, this program has become something very special to me, and I truly enjoy being a small part of the memories and friendships made along the way.

Outside of the pageant, I work at Terri Conley State Farm in Lake Placid and attend First Baptist Church in Wauchula. Most of my free time is spent with my family, whether we’re enjoying a day at the zoo, making another trip to Disney, or simply spending time together at home.

One of my favorite things about the Miss Hardee County Pageant is watching the girls grow, gain confidence, and make memories that will last long after they leave the stage. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with these young ladies and their families and to be part of a tradition that means so much to our community.

17 Years!!!

Terri Conley has proudly been a part of the Miss Hardee County Pageant Committee for the past 17 years. Throughout the years, she has had the privilege of watching countless young women grow in confidence, discover their strengths, and shine both on and off the stage. One of her favorite parts of being involved is watching each contestant’s journey and seeing the girls truly shine.

Outside of the pageant world, Terri is a State Farm Agent in Lake Placid, where she enjoys serving her community and helping others protect what matters most. When she’s not working or volunteering, Terri loves spending time on the water and traveling, making memories with family and friends.

For Terri, being part of Miss Hardee County is about more than a crown it’s about encouraging young women, building confidence, and celebrating everything that makes each girl special.

21 Years!!!!!!!

I’ve been blessed to be a part of the Miss Hardee County Pageant committee since 2005. After being a contestant and member of the 1999 Miss Hardee County court, I knew I wanted to give back to a program that meant so much to me. One of my favorite parts of serving on the committee is watching each contestant grow in confidence, build lifelong friendships, and become a leader in our community.

I’ve been a teacher in Hardee County since 2006, and investing in the next generation is something I’m passionate about both in the classroom and through the Hardee County Fair pageants I’m honored to be a part of.

When I’m not teaching or volunteering, I enjoy traveling and spending time on the water with my family.
