Lost the last game at Frogtown. We are out of the Big Spiel. Had a good time curling though. We would be much better if we had our own dedicated curling facility.

Curled at the Chaska facility last night. Lost a close one. Now we play at The St Paul club at 1:00 pm today.

Stillwater Mn looking at raising funds for curling center. Expects large growth. I am sure we would have similar numbers for one in Waterloo. Stay tuned.

Had dinner with Gordon Maclean, the Secretary for the US Curling Association. I went over our plan to bring curling to Waterloo. The USCA will do whatever they can to help. Stay tuned.

Curling down in Cedar Rapids the weekend of August 9, 10 and 11. Starts at 6:30 pm on Friday and all day Saturday and half day on Sunday. If you want to experience a Bonspiel, come on down to watch. It’s the annual CederSpiel.

Two games from the Curling World Cup will be featured on TV tonight. At 830 pm ET, Nina Roth takes on Jennifer Jones. Then at midnight John Shuster's crew battles Canada's Matt Dunstone.

NBC Sports will have live coverage of the Curling World Cup Grand Final from Wednesday, May 8 to Sunday, May 12, featuring U.S. teams skipped by Nina Roth, John Shuster and Sarah Anderson-Korey Dropkin (mixed doubles).
