Today our tiny tot Aisha went home 💕. This little girl will be missed for sure but no doubt she will be spoiled like the little princess she is by her new parents. Aisha always brought purrs bigger than her and was usually the first to come racing to my lap. You will have a great life sweet girl! Love you bunches 😻

September 12th we will be at Fleet Farm in Cedar Falls with our adoptable kittens. 11:00-2:00
September 19th we will be in Evansdale for their community celebration. 1 pm-3pm
September 26th we will bring adoptable kittens to Waterloo PetSmart for their adoption event
Adoption events are meet and greets. You are able to bring home your new family member if you have an approved application prior to the event.
We look forward to seeing all of you at one event or another

Our time at Pride is done for today. Thank you to all who stopped by . We met a lot of new friends and sold a few shirts. We thank everyone who donated to us. Your donations will pay for our foster kitties medical needs like vaccines and microchips. We can’t do this without you.

Oh Derek💕. Today was Derek's day to go home. He has a big older kitty brother waiting for him at home and a young human brother as well. This boy is such a love. Everyday I went down to sit with the kittens and he was one of many that clung to my lap. I will miss this boy for sure but he has found his forever home and that is what we want for all of our kitties. You will have a great life sweet boy. Love you 💓

This beautiful boy, Thor was adopted out last June of 2025. He has been returned to us as the home he was in was causing him too much stress and causing medical issues. He has since been in the original foster's home, vet checked and all is well. Thor is only one year old. He would do best in a home with only one or two cats or him being the sole king of the castle. He is living with a dog currently and is doing ok. Thor is currently on urinary food and may need to remain on some sort of urinary food but not necessarily prescription food but that is TBD. He has had absolutely no issues since being removed from the stressful environment he was in. We have some news about one of our sweet kittens, Spencer. Spencer is scheduled to have an amputation to his back left leg on Thursday, September 3 at Taylor Veterinary Hospital . Has what could be a birth defect causing a growth plate deformity. This is causing Spencer pain and swelling which makes him limp and this is unfixable. The best thing for him is to amputate his leg. Many X-rays were taken and multiple veterinarians looked at him and his results and came to the same conclusion. Below is one of his X-rays that show his growth plates. In green is his right leg, (the good one). You can see two growth plates. In red, his left leg there is only one. His surgery estimate is between $985-$1415. If you would like to contribute to the cost of Spencer's surgery we would greatly appreciate it. We accept cash, check, Venmo and PayPal. Spencer will be in great hands with Taylor Vet and will recover quickly and then he will be back up for adoption. Please keep Spencer in your thoughts and prayers as he navigates through his surgery and begins the healing process.
