Whether you are cheering for the Seahawks or not, Eric Saubert, Eagle Scout Class of 2012, is the only Eagle Scout playing in the Big Game. According to the article stating Scouting "giving him a strong moral foundation, practice working with a team and a supportive environment while he pursued his passion for football — which he found while playing football at Scout campouts. Saubert earned Eagle in 2012 while in the Pathway to Adventure Council in his hometown of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago." He even played in football in Drake. Athletics and Scouting go hand in hand and greatly help shape our young people. Congratulations to Eric on making it to the game! Good luck!

Seattle Seahawks tight end Eric Saubert, an Eagle Scout since 2012, is expected to suit up for Sunday's Super Bowl.
