CUA Habitat for Humanity

CUA Habitat for Humanity The CUA campus chapter of Habitat for Humanity exists to schedule, promote, and implement service opportunities with Habitat for Humanity. All are welcome!

Work can range form painting and interior to raising walls on a brand new construction site. The Habitat for Humanity chapter of the Catholic University of America was founded in 1997. The mission of this organization is to involve students in Habitat for Humanity International. This means that students will have the opportunity to be involved in bringing simple, decent housing to members of the D

C and this nation's community through several programs and activities provided by the university chapter. CUA HFH has grown rapidly since it was founded. Our chapter runs 1 day trip per month, an annual fall retreat, and 4 Collegiate Challenge Spring Break trips. We serve in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area for day trips, and across the country for retreat and spring break! All those interested in CUA HFH are welcome to attend. All members of the group will be e-mailed occasionally with upcoming events. To join the email list join CUA Habitat on The Nest. No building experience necessary. Peace. Love. Habitat.
