Adult education programs across the country are finding ways to break through barriers and reach more learners—especially those at the lowest skill levels.

Now it’s time to learn from what’s working—and we need your help to do it.

➡️ In May, we’re launching a national survey to identify how programs are successfully recruiting and retaining ABE and ESL learners.

Before that, we want your input.

📢 If you’re attending , stop by and help us pilot the survey, share your experience, and connect with peers doing this work every day.

Your insights will directly shape solutions for adult learners nationwide.

We talked to 600 teachers and the results confirmed what many already know: Adult education is a job filled with joy, purpose, and community. That's why you stay! ❤️

But we can't ignore the struggle:
- Too few stable jobs and life-sustaining wages.
- Lack of professional development in digital tools affects part-time and volunteer teachers most.

If you know an adult educator, share this post to thank them and demand better support!

Calling all adult education providers! 🚨

Are you designing programs to meet the needs and preferences of adults with low literacy?
