As Side by Side continues to grow, the organization is seeking enthusiastic, committed professionals, parents, and community members of all backgrounds who are excited to help serve. We are currently targeting individuals with Marketing/Communications, Technology, Legal, Public Relations and Early Education backgrounds.

Board members meet quarterly for up to 3 hours per meeting. Each board member is also assigned to a committee, which meets monthly. All Board members support fundraising efforts for the organization.

Saturday, March 13, 2021 was a fantastic day in Laurel! Side by Side hosted a retirement parade for Joe and kicked off their spring fundraiser. The staff, board of directors and Laurel community came together to celebrate. The weather was beautiful and donations were generous. Thank you so much for embracing Side by Side as a part of the Laurel community.
