DC Titans DC Titans are a fun & competitive D division team in the CAPS Softball League. We play hard on & off the fields and will never say no to a drink w/friends

Joining the Chesapeake & Potomac Softball League (CAPS) in 2014 as a new team in the D Division, we hit the ground running. The team is a blend of experienced players from CAPS, brand new players to softball, and experienced players who have recently moved to the DC area. In our first year, we placed 3rd in the MAGIC Tournament, 1st place in the CAPS End of Season Tournament, 1st place in CAPS Reg

ular Season, and advanced to the NAGAAA Gay Softball World Series. We placed 33rd out of 80+ teams. In 2015 Season 2, we saw some of our players return and welcomed some fresh faces along the way! We finished 1st in the regular season, 1st in end of season tournament, 1st in MAGIC and placed 5th in Atlanta Big Peach, 33rd at GSWS, and 22nd at Sin City Shoot Out. We're a fun team, who plays hard and has lots of fun on and off the field too!

2016 started off with a bang, finishing 2nd at the 2016 Sin City Classic. The Titans travelled west to Minneapolis for Memorial Day and finished 7th at the NorthStar Classic losing only to the 1st and 3rd place teams. Titans placed 1st in MAGIC, 1st in end of season tournament, and 1st in the regular season title. We packed our bags and umbrellas for Austin for the 2016 GSWS where we had an incredible run after losing our first game and advancing to the championship games through the loser's bracket. We came up short finishing 2nd, after playing 12 games in just under 24 hours. We look forward to a great 2017 with our returning players and welcome some new players to the team!! Minneapolis, Boston, Knoxville, Columbia, NOLA are all possibilities this year!! We are a fun group both on and off the field, sponsored by Nellies Sport Bar in Washington, DC.
