August has arrived.....

The juggle is REAL! But what's necessary? Marriage. Motherhood. Ministry. Marketplace. Back to School. Soccer. Football. Deadlines. Responsibilities. Community........

WHEWW! As women, we are the masters of managing everything. We do this so much until sometimes we forget to pause and think, "Should I be juggling the tasks I have right now?" "Are they my assignment?" This is where discernment comes in!

Jesus said to Martha, "Martha, Martha, you are worried and upset about many things but FEW things are needed - or indeed only one. Luke 10:41-42 NIV

DID YOU CATCH THAT? Many things were demanding Martha's attention! But Jesus said only a few things were actually necessary.

THIS is our AUGUST chat! This month, join us in taking a closer look at our relationships, priorities, responsibilities, commitments, and EXPECTATIONS we have placed on ourselves!

Let's ask the hard questions! What is necessary? What deserves my YES in this season? What can be delegated? What can wait? WHAT has GOD actually assigned to me?

Everything that needs to be done, does not have to be completed by me! This month, we are not trying to be the Queen of juggling! We are asking God for discernment to know what's worth carrying.

Good morning Sis!

To the mother wondering if she’s doing enough… God gave YOU power, not fear! Your children don’t need a perfect mother—they need a praying one. Trust me on THIS!🙏🏾

To the divorced woman learning to live again…
God gave YOU power, not fear. Your story didn’t end with heartbreak. GOD is still writing chapters filled with hope, healing, purpose and yes, LOVE!

To the boss mom building a business between school drop-offs, late nights, and endless responsibilities…God gave YOU power, not fear. Don’t let doubt make you abandon what God entrusted to YOUR HANDS.

To the woman standing at the edge of something new…Apply for it! Launch it! Lead it! Trust Him! 🌸

Those fearful, intrusive thoughts, “what if I fail?” “I can’t compete,” “I’m not a good mom,” ….. we rebuke them in the name of Jesus! We plead the blood over our every thought.

Because God didn’t give you fear. He gave you power to stand. And a sound mind to discern HIS voice above EVERY LIE.

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV)

One of the strangest things about talking about marriage online is that the moment I mention physical affection or intimacy with my husband, some people decide I can’t possibly be a Christian woman.

But where did we get that idea?

The Bible never teaches wives to become emotionally distant or physically disconnected from their husbands.

It teaches the opposite.

Paul wrote,

“The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband… Do not deprive one another except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer.”

1 Corinthians 7:3–5

Solomon wrote,

“Rejoice in the wife of your youth… may you ever be intoxicated with her love.”

Proverbs 5:18–19

God didn’t accidentally include an entire book of the Bible celebrating the love between a husband and wife. Song of Solomon reminds us that passion, desire, and delight all have a place inside a covenant marriage.

Somewhere along the way, we’ve acted like holiness and passion can’t exist in the same woman.

I don’t believe that.

I believe the woman who loves Jesus the most should also love her husband well.

I believe a Christian wife can pray over her husband, encourage his faith, respect him, laugh with him, flirt with him, pursue him, and enjoy the gift of intimacy God created for marriage.

Holiness doesn’t erase femininity.

Marriage isn’t just spiritual.

It isn’t just emotional.

God designed it to be spiritual, emotional, and physical.

So no.

Loving Jesus doesn’t make me less passionate about my husband.

It reminds me that every good gift, including the intimacy we share in marriage, comes from Him.

Those two things don’t cancel each other out.

Hello my Sister,

You’re not just surviving… you’re blooming through it🌸

Not every difficult season is meant to break you.

Some seasons are refining you.
Some are stretching your faith.
Some are teaching you to trust God more deeply.
And yes… some are God’s loving correction🫢.

A loving Father doesn’t leave His children unchanged. He lovingly prunes what hinders our growth so that we can bear more fruit.

Correction isn’t rejection. Discipline isn’t abandonment. Pruning isn’t punishment.

It’s evidence that God loves you too much to leave you where you are. Yes! It IS uncomfortable, but the purpose is beautiful.

When you surrender to God’s work, what once felt like survival becomes transformation.

You’re not just surviving… you’re blooming through it.

“Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.”
Hebrews 12:11 (KJV)

🌱 Trust the Gardener.
The fruit is worth the pruning.

Motherhood is more than a role—it is a divine assignment. My highest calling. My greatest commitment. My utmost loyalty.

This calling shifted my entire being. It humbled me. It stretched me. It brought me to my knees in prayer.

God entrusted me with the influence to help shape the future—but this assignment was never meant to be carried in my own strength.

So I mother through prayer. I lead through surrender. I cover through intercession.
And I trust God to finish what He started in my children.

“Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him.” — Psalm 127:3 (NIV)

And I trust the same God who entrusted them to me… to be faithful in every promise concerning their lives.

Happy Mother’s Day 💕🌸

To my mother—thank you for teaching me that being a lady is more than appearance… it’s presence.

You taught me the beauty of hospitality—how love looks like a thoughtfully prepared table, a warm meal, and a home that welcomes my husband, my children and others, as well.

From beautifully set tables…curated spaces….to lovingly prepared meals… you showed me that serving your family with excellence is its own kind of ministry.

You taught me to value education, wisdom, and knowledge. To carry myself with grace, dignity, holiness, and quiet confidence.

You taught me that elegance is not just what you wear—it’s how you live. That class is not found in labels—but in character. From polished presentation to a well-curated wardrobe, you taught me that how a woman carries herself speaks before she ever says a word.

But beyond all of that—you taught me strength. I can DO hard things! To speak up. To stand firm. To defend myself and others when truth is on my side.

And one of the greatest lessons you gave me: When you know you are standing in truth, you do not have to exhaust yourself proving your worth.

Thank you for teaching me how to pray, trust God and be both gracious and courageous. Soft, yet strong. Elegant, yet unwavering.

Thank you for shaping the woman I am. I am passing it down to my daughters too🌱💗

I CALL YOU BLESSED🙌🏾

Happy Mother’s Day, Mama.

Don’t let the wilderness blind you to the rivers.
God is still providing—even here.

Hey Sis! God said—there are rivers here! And if you’re not careful, you’ll let the wilderness talk louder than the provision.

You’ll miss the help…Miss the grace…Miss the strength…Miss the strategy…

Because you’re focused on what’s not there…
instead of discerning what is. So today—be quiet Sis! Not anxious. Not talking. Not explaining. You must sit long enough to recognize the RIVER💧. Then have the wisdom to drink from it to replenish.

Isaiah 43:19 (AMP)
“Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing…
I will even put a road in the wilderness,
Rivers in the desert.”

Hey Sis…

A lot of us say we have discernment…but we’re really moving off feelings🥴. And that’s not the same thing.

God is calling us higher in how we hear Him…
and how we move.
