We’re excited to announce the drop of our limited-edition apparel capsule, The Monarch Collection, made with Guerrilla FC!

Inspired by monarch butterfly migration, this capsule brings celebration and joy to the forefront. At a time when immigrants are being attacked, separated, and detained at an alarming rate, the stories we are telling with this collection are ones of courage and resilience.

Proceeds from this collection will go to Amica Center to help fund legal representation for immigrant children and adults facing detention or deportation.

For nearly two decades, the government has funded legal services for immigrant children, and only nonprofit organizations have provided those services. But now, for-profit companies want to make money off the legal support immigrant kids receive.

What happens when a program designed to help children must also make a profit? That profit will come at the expense of the children.

Read the op-ed in The Philadelphia Inquirer by Michael Lukens, Executive Director at Amica Center, and Jim Sandman, distinguished lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.

Nonprofits protect the legal rights of vulnerable children in detention and facing deportation. Handing that responsibility over to for-profit companies puts those services at risk.

Congress wants to add $70 billion to ICE and CBP through the reconciliation process. These funds give ICE resources to continue their deadly mass detention and deportation machine.

ICE doesn’t need one more penny.

ICE has contracted a private firm, with documented abuses including torture, to find and deport unaccompanied immigrant children.

This is devastating. This is deplorable. Trump’s ruthless attack on immigrants, including some of the most vulnerable children, must end.

Immigration judges are conducting sham bond hearings, disregarding evidence, and sometimes having pre-determined outcomes.

We won the first-ever victory in Georgia against these sham bond hearings, telling the government that they cannot violate fundamental rights and get away with it.

Two bills were signed by Governor Spanberger this week that severely limit local law enforcement’s cooperation with ICE.

This win makes Virginia communities SAFER, allowing for local law enforcement to focus on the needs of the community, not assisting in ICE’s abusive tactics.

Thank you, Alfonso Lopez, Senator Saddam Azlan Salim, and Abigail Spanberger for prioritizing the safety of all Virginians. Thank you to our partner organizations and every single person who spoke out!

For decades, most immigrants who have been detained, regardless of their status, have been able to seek release on bond. But an unwritten “no bond” policy has taken hold in immigration courts, pressuring judges to deny release for nearly all immigrants or risk being fired.

These sham bond hearings are a direct violation of due process and a tool in the Trump regime’s mass detention agenda.
