The UBM has been involved in the business of protecting our rights as motorcyclists and helping our communities since we were incorporated in 1975. In the years since that time our membership has continued to grow. Join the UBM and help us to grow and become stronger, a more effective motorcyclist’s rights watchdog. Membership is open to anyone who cares about protecting his or her rights as a motorcyclist. The wishes of our membership are carried out by the elected Executive Board.

November is next week, Wednesday the first week in the month we have a UBM meeting at 6:00 at the Anchor in Machias. We'll be lining up some events and rides for next year. Not all but starting to line up a few. We have an invite for a Christmas party and Toys For Tots shopping to schedule. All motorcycle enthusists are welcome no mater the brand. Lets dine out early together and have some conversations.

Heads up for our 6 September Biker Down ride with Penobscot County. Last Chance MC is still holding their event. The weather is against us this weekend. There are a lot of blind driveways in the Blue Hill area. Wet roads don't help. I'm calling our ride off for Saturday . Penobscot is not going either. Sunday 7 Sept. I will be at the starting areas Sunday to pick up GIFTS. I'll be taking my car and hope Dave will take his truck. I can take 3 people with me if any one wants. See me at Machias, ABS, Harrington, and Millbridge at KSU time.

September is here. Washington County United Bikers of Maine has a meeting the first Wednesday of each month, this month is at the Anchor 6:00 3 September. No E-Board last month, so were getting ready for a very busy week. Most of use will be at CPL. Sprague's graveside service with the Legion Riders on 3 September at 1:00 in Millbridge. and meeting that evening to set Saturdays ride to Stonington and Sundays ride to the Toy Run at Windsor. Come early and dine out with us, A couple of invitations coming for the middle of the month too.

Washington County United Bikers of Maine has a special Monthly meeting Wednesday 6 August at 6:00 at The Anchor in Machias. We're voting to elect State and County Officers for a two year term. Members please bring your issued membership card to receive a ballot. Only up to date members will vote. We'll also be discussing the Statewide party in North New Portland. 13 thru 17 August. Members only but can signup at the gate as some yearly members do. Other rides and events to support will be put out for your interest.

Washington County United Bikers of Maine has a meeting Wednesday 2 July at Pat's Pizza Machias. Arrive early and dine out with some great people who all enjoy motorcycles. Meeting starts 6:00 usually out by 7:00. We're trading stories about old and new rides coming. The Jonesport Boat Races, Sarah's House for Cancer ride, and 4th July Parade with the Legion Riders and Veterans Home lobster stew with the Legion Riders will be on the agenda.

Washington County UBM has a scheduled meeting 7 May 2025 6:00 at The Anchor in Machias. We have up dates on rides to notify everyone and addition of some we may want to schedule. For the early riders out and about watch for sand in all the roads. You'll be in it very quickly and its to late. Please ride Safe. Come early and Dine out with us.

The flu bug has taken it's toll this week, so canceling tonights meeting. Reschedule for April 2, 2025. Stay healthy, Spring is coming.

Washington County UBM had a great meeting in February. We voted to change our meeting monthly to the FIRST WEDNESDAY of the month. WE narrowed our rides and events with our wish rides to include plenty of room to ride with other groups in our area. Next meeting is 5 March 2025 at the Anchor in Machias, meet us early to dine together, Official meeting starts at 6:00.

February is flying by. Washington County United Bikers of Maine has a meeting scheduled on the third Monday 17 Feb. 6:00 at the Anchor in Machias. Get out and dine early with us. Meet some friendly people and get involved supporting needy causes. Veterans, cancer, animal shelters, Toys for Christmas, we ride to help out, eat out, and enjoy our motorcycles together. We ride all brands, and are there to represent all motorcycle riders before our legislators and committees in Agusta trying to make our highways safer.

Wild weather Monday 20 January is projected. Washington County UBM would rather have persons home and safe to ride this summer. The roads may be cleared but still bad driving. Let's enjoy the day without putting someone in danger. Have a holiday! Meeting Canceled.
